When you stop moving, you start dying and we live and breathe that every day. We offer simple solutions that improve functional ability, energy levels, and tailored to each person’s abilities.
All this provided in a friendly atmosphere with our professionally trained staff. Our team of Certified Functional Aging Specialists are here to make sure you reach your goals. All of our programs incorporate the Six Major Domains of Physical Function: Cognitive/emotional, neuromuscular, musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, balance, and mobility. For us to be at optimal health, we must take care of all domains of health. Our trainers will make sure that your gym time has enough variety and challenge to impact all six domains. Working together, we can start transforming you into a healthier person.

Life Fit
This class has it all! This total body workout includes a 5 minute warm up, 10 minutes of stretching and core work, 15 minutes of strength training using rubber bands, 24 minutes of cardio and agility training, and finishes with a 5 minute cool down.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:00 – 6:00pm
Life Strong
This class is a total body workout using circuit training in our weight room and takes about 30 minutes to complete.
Monday, Wednesday 6:00-6:30 pm
Balance, Mobility, & Fall Prevention
This class incorporates various exercises that are designed to improve functionality, confidence in movement, and stimulate muscular control. We utilize light weights and balancing movements through all planes of motion that help strengthen the primary muscles which will activate when we stumble or trip.
Level 1: Tuesday, Thursday 10:30 – 11:15 am
Level 2: Tuesday, Thursday 11:30 – 12:15 pm
Boom Box
Boom Box is a boxing/kickboxing inspired cardio workout. This class can improve hand-eye coordination, build total body strength, balance, and may help increase cognitive function. Movements can be adjusted for most ages and fitness levels.
Tuesday, Thursday 5:00 – 5:45 pm
Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery
Specifically designed to help people with neurological diseases, such as Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s and Dementia slow down the progression of their disease.
