At Still Got It, we help actively aging adults create optimum health, greater longevity, and independence by providing the right exercise and dietary habits for their individual needs in a friendly atmosphere. We serve the entire South Bay area – including Lomita, Torrance, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes Estates, Rolling Hills, Rancho Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills Estates, Carson, and San Pedro. We are the only gym in the area that specializes in actively aging adults.

Group Training

These classes utilize light weights and balancing movements through all planes of motion that help strengthen the primary muscles which will activate when we stumble or trip.

Semi-Private Training

We group 1-4 people together and while working with a trainer, put them through a custom designed strength training program that fits each individual’s goals and needs.
